Itinerary
Our 3 days tour from agadir to Erg Chigaga. will start our trip from Agadir in the morning and head southeast towards an exciting adventure. Our first stop will be at Taliouine, where we will visit a saffron cooperative to learn about the production of this valuable spice. Afterward, we will continue our drive to Agdez, where we will stop for a delicious lunch. Following our meal, we will visit Tamnougalte, home to the oldest Kasbah in the southeast region.
Our journey will then take us to Zagora, passing through the magnificent Draa Valley with its extensive palm groves, stretching for 151 km. We will spend the night in a comfortable hotel or a charming riad in Zagora, ready for more exciting experiences ahead.
On the second day of your 3 days tour in Morocco. After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will set off for the visit of the Koranic library, a cultural gem worth exploring. From there, we will continue our journey towards M’hamid, where we will stop for a delightful lunch. Following our meal, we will depart for the majestic sand dunes of Chégaga, which boast the title of being the highest dune in Morocco, spanning 300 meters in length and over 40 kilometers in size.
We will have the opportunity to witness a stunning sunset over the mesmerizing brown dunes, and then enjoy a traditional dinner accompanied by Saharan songs, creating a memorable evening. To complete the authentic desert experience, we will spend the night under the stars in a traditional nomadic tent, immersing ourselves in the unique ambiance of the Sahara.
On the last day of your 3 days tour from agadri to erg chigaga. After indulging in a hearty breakfast in the midst of the desert, we will embark on our journey towards Foum Zguid, following the old track of the Paris-Dakar rally and passing through the dry lake of Iriqui, an iconic landmark of the region.
We will pause for a satisfying lunch in Taznakht, known for its vibrant local culture and craftsmanship. Following our meal, we will continue our route back to Agadir, arriving in the late afternoon. This marks the end of our unforgettable desert adventure, filled with breathtaking landscapes and enriching cultural experiences.
