On the last day of your 2 days desert tour from Marrakech to fes, wake up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise, take photos and have breakfast before returning to the hotel to start your day.
Today will be dedicated to Morocco’s changing landscapes as you traverse from the vast Sahara Desert to the valleys, forests and high mountains of the Atlas Mountains with their snow-capped peaks.
Your first stop will be the Ziz Valley, the longest valley in Morocco, followed by a breathtaking panoramic view of Ait Sheker. Continuing through the Tizi Ntlghamt, you can admire the lush green mountains and the nomads on the side of the road.
The next stop is in Midlet, the so-called apple capital, where you’ll have lunch. After lunch, you’ll drive through the vast cedar jungle, stopping to observe and photograph the monkeys. Your journey will then take you to Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Africa”,” a small town in the Atlas Mountains surrounded by vast forests.
