on the first day og your morocco desert tour from ouarzazate to fes. Early in the morning we will pick you up from your accommodation or from the airport in Ouarzazate and start with a city tour of Ouarzazate. Our first stop is the Atlas Studio, where many famous movies were filmed.

We will then visit the Kasbah of Taourirt, an ancient structure with a tangled history. Afterwards, we will continue southeast to Skoura, where we will visit the Kasbah of Amridil, surrounded by green palm groves. We then continue to the Rose Valley, famous for its annual Rose Festival held in May. Here the locals present their rose products, ranging from perfume and rose water to oils and cosmetics.

Driving through the Dades Valley, we stop at a viewpoint to admire the breathtaking view of the Dades Gorges. We continue our journey and reach the Todra Gorge, where the Todra River has carved a large gorge through the mountains, impressive for its red rock walls. After some free time to admire the breathtaking scenery, we will have a lunch break.

In the afternoon we will reach the Sahara Desert Merzouga, where you will exchange your vehicle for camels and cross the sandy terrain. We will take a break so you can see the enchanting sunset on a high dune. Then it’s on to the luxurious desert camp, where you can listen to the rhythms of Berber drums and dance around the campfire under the magnificent starry sky.
